This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507 (effective 07 May 2026). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract requirement is for the purchase of preventative maintenance and services of security doors and CACreaders at the United States Naval Academy, Bancroft Hall, Annapolis, MD, for which the Government intends to solicit and award, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Signet Technologies, Inc. d.b.a.
