It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract requirement is for the purchase of preventative maintenance and services of security doors and CACreaders at the United States Naval Academy, Bancroft Hall, Annapolis, MD, for which the Government intends to solicit and award, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Signet Technologies, Inc. d.b.a.
