What this contract is for

This is a request for proposal. More information is available within the PWS. GENERAL INFORMATION: The 325th Contracting Squadron, Tyndall AFB, Florida, in support of the 801st Red Horse Training Squadron (801 RHTS) is conducting a Non-Personal Services acquisition for Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Flight Support Technicians. Requirements under this acquisition will include including scheduling and setup for EOD training courses, to include joint service/multinational events, and Combat Support Training Range (CSTR) events, training documentation, maintenance of EOD tools and equipment, maintenance of EOD munitions accounts, equipment and munitions documentation, drafting plans and procedures, reviewing EOD technical reports and making recommendations to management, running unit ?checklist?, and ground and explosive safety requirements. Place of performance for the 801 RHTS EOD Flight Support Technicians acquisition will be at Tyndall AFB, Florida. This acquisition utilizes the RFO (Revolutionary Far Overhaul) and related agency deviations, in lieu of the current FAC (Federal Acquisition Circular).Please send all correspondence to the listed POC. The projected award date is no later than September 30, 2026.Amendment 0001: -Corrects the due date on the SF1449 to match the SAM date.- Revises Attachment_06_FAR_52_212_1___Instruction_v_3.pdf to Attachment_06_FAR_52_212_1___Instruction_v_4.pdf, and revises the site visit date to July 1st 2026.Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to make a change to the RFO FAR Clause 52.212-1, changing the site visit date from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2026 at 9:00AM CST. Additionally, an administrative change was made to the title of the requirement to remove *RFI*. No other changes were made.
