Updated presolicitation language is below, including a revised expected solicitation date of July 23, 2026 General Information The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is a five-year base period with no option periods. This acquisition is anticipated to be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Award Information & Fair Opportunity The Government intends to make multiple awards (up to a maximum of three) to responsible offerors submitting responsive proposals that offer fair and reasonable pricing. However, the Government reserves the right to make a single award. If multiple awards are made, the Government will provide awardees a fair opportunity to be considered for subsequent delivery orders in accordance with FAR 16.505.
