What this contract is for

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to sole source this furniture purchase action to Kimball International (CAGE: 4V077), which is the OEM of the existing furniture system that our command currently has. IAW the attached Statement of Work, it is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide new systems furniture in Rooms 2152, 2151, and 2115 of the Deflorez Building, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use, at the NAWCTSD, 12221 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826-3224. This purchase shall be made under FAR Part 8 and 13 procedures; FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Other than full and open competition applies. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 24 July 2026 at 1200 noon (EST).
