A minimum of 68 public and/or commercial parking spaces for employees and visitors must be available onsite or within 800 walkable linear feet as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer. Restricted or metered parking of one hour or less within 2 blocks is not acceptable. Offered space shall be Class A Business Space, with first floor space to be considered most efficient. Space must be on one level without interior ramps, stairs or platforms and shall be contiguous without separation by a public hallway or other area.
