No history of prior industrial use, including but not limited to large dry cleaning operations, rail yards, gas stations, or industrial facilities. No part of the building shall be within 800 feet of an active, freight carrying railroad track. At least one bus stop shall be located within 800 walkable linear feet. A minimum of 68 public and/or commercial parking spaces for employees and visitors must be available onsite or within 800 walkable linear feet as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer. Restricted or metered parking of one hour or less within 2 blocks is not acceptable. Offered space shall be Class A Business Space, with first floor space to be considered most efficient. Space must be on one level without interior ramps, stairs or platforms and shall be contiguous without separation by a public hallway or other area. Odd shaped space and inefficient layouts as determined by the LCO will not be considered. Space shall not be more than twice as long as it is wide Column spacing shall not be less than 20 feet.
