This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside action intended for all applicable active BOAST Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders. To be eligible for award, a vendor must have a fully executed BOA in place by the closing date and time specified in the attached RFOP. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Order for the following requirement: 2.
