This procurement action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
