AMENDMENT 01 DETAILS: The purpose of this amendment is to release the Draft Performance Specification (PSPEC) for the Vibratory Compactor (VC) for industry review, and to formally clarify the correct NAICS code for this effort. NAICS Code Correction: The NAICS code for this requirement is officially corrected/confirmed as 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing). The previous reference to NAICS 237990 in the original header is hereby superseded. Action Required: Interested vendors are highly encouraged to review the attached Draft PSPEC and submit any questions, comments, or recommendations on the requirements. Submission Format: All feedback may be submitted in the contractor's preferred format.
