This is a draft document only; it does not constitute an official solicitation, and no SF330s are being requested at this time. The draft synopsis is attached to this notice. 2. Project Overview The Government intends to procure A-E services for the development of a new Space Campus located at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Anticipated requirements include, but are not limited to: site studies and investigations, master planning, comprehensive design, and construction phase support services. 3. Contract Details Contract Type: Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Capacity: $100,000,000 maximum ceiling Period of Performance: Five (5) year base period, plus one (1) two-year option period NAICS Code: 541330 (Engineering Services) Competition Strategy: Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted) 4.
