Solicitation number 15BBNF26Q41500002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Waseca located at 1000 University Dr SW, Waseca, MN 56093 intends to issue a solicitation for the following requirement: FCI Waseca intends to make a single award to a responsible vendor to supply one (1) instantaneous 50 GPM steam?to?water heater with thermostatic mixing valve capable of temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, vertical insulated and glass lined and one (1) insulated 275?gallon hot water storage tank in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This procurement is supply only; no installation, demolition, or on site services are required. The new equipment will expand the institution’s domestic hot?water capacity to support increased demand from recently added laundry systems. All furnished products must meet or exceed the performance, dimensional, and material specifications identified in the SOW, including compliance with applicable plumbing and safety standards. Vendors offering equal products shall provide complete technical documentation for Government review and determination of technical acceptability.
