Native Seed Production requirement for multiple agencies across regions in the western United States THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The United States Office of Wildland Fire Service, Division of Forest, Rangeland,and Resourses, intends to issue one (1) solicitation for the 2026 Native Seed Production requirement for the Bureau of Land Management, National Parks Service, and Fish and Wildlife Service under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3726R0009. The seed production requirement will be for various varieties of Government furnished seed collected from multiple regions to be planted, grown out, and the seed quantity increased for use on public lands for restoration work. This procurement is not set aside for small. The NAICS code is 111998 All Other Miscellaneous Crop Farming, with a size standard is $2.5M. This requirement will be posted as a single solicitation, multiple awards and will be awarded as firm-fixed price contracts. The government expects to make awards on or before September 25, 2026. The Government will award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about July 23, 2026 and will be posted on the SAM.gov website under the Solicitation number in the contract opportunities section. This date is subject to change.
