This project involves rehabilitation and updated of an existing single-family home, asbestos abatement, fumigation, exteriors repairs, fence fascia, new gutters, and replacement of windows and doors. HVAC systems will be upgraded, including relocation of the air handling unit, duct cleaning, and addition of new air vents. Interior work includes kitchen remodeling with new appliances, lighting installation, closet modifications, removal of popcorn ceilings, and full interior and exterior painting. Plumbing and electrical systems will be inspected and repaired as needed, including grounding improvements and water line verification. Exterior improvements include a new metal fence, replacement of the driveway, and installation of a new patio cover. The contractor shall has solid experience in residential rehabilitation projects, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, and capable of delivering quality work in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
