The County of San Mateo Parks Department is seeking quotations for on-call installation, maintenance, repair, and limited replacement services for gate and overhead door systems located at various County facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, overhead door panels, tracks, springs, hardware, electric gate operators and arms, access control gate components, and solar-powered gate systems that support gate operation. The County is seeking qualified contractors capable of providing timely response for troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of gate and overhead door functionality to ensure continued safe and reliable access control at County sites. There is also need for a gate to be installed at one of the County parks, the County has existing components that can be used to install the gate. These components include two (2) motors and one (1) solar panel, new gate operator and arms would need to be fabricated. Fencing repair and replacement services are expressly excluded from this scope. Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times as well as any applicable freight and delivery costs for the items listed. Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor. Labor shall be billed in increments not greater than 0.25 hours.
