- State & Local
The Official Santa Fe Visitors Guide is a high-visibility product for TOURISM Santa Fe as a planning tool for first-time visitors ordered in advance of their trips and as a sales tool at travel shows, public relations' conferences, and during site visits. It can be the critical first impression of the destination. The City of Santa Fe is seeking a qualified vendor to provide printing services for the Annual Santa Fe Visitors Guide under an on-call price agreement. The Annual Santa Fe Visitors Guide is the recurring printed publication produced each year under this agreement, with the number of copies, publication dates, distribution destinations, and final page count established by TOURISM Santa Fe based on departmental needs at the time of production. The awarded vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, printing, bindery, finishing, packaging, shipping, freight, fuel surcharges, taxes, and delivery services necessary to produce the Visitors Guide in accordance with the specifications in this ITB. It shall also confirm and share explicit details of their approval software. TOURISM Santa Fe requires confirmation of the vendor’s use of either InSite Prepress Portal, a web-based platform that allows print buyers, designers, and printers to review high-resolution digital proofs, annotate corrections, and officially approve or reject pages over the internet or vendor-equivalent system (subject to TSF approval).

Official solicitation and documents
The full solicitation, any attachments, and the actual submission instructions live on the official listing, not on this page. Oppward summarizes public record data; it does not host or mirror the source documents.
Oppward is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov or any government agency. This page is a plain-English summary of public record data; the linked source above is the authoritative listing.
How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
