What this contract is for

*** The localtion DoDAAC for this requirement is FA4704 and Place of Performance will be 7934+C96 Antigua Base Naval Roosevelt Route Ceiba 00735, Puerto Rico.*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA470426Q7005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Storage Containers. This solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quote provided under this RFQ. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 493110 – General Warehousing and Storage, with a size standard of $34M and PSC S215 – Housekeeping – Warehousing/Storage will be utilized. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable. (i) This is a contract opportunity for a rental contract to provide forty 40’ (L) x 8’ (W) x 9.5’ (H) (Length by Weight by Heigh, in Feet) storage containers at Jose Aponte, PR. All containers must be configured for towing, mounted on wheels/chassis, and equipped with either a pintle hook or ball & hitch attachment.
