What this contract is for

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a turn-key enhancement to the existing "Giant Voice" Emergency Mass Notification System (EMNS) at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Please refer to the attached solicitation (FA820126Q0031) and Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the full scope of work, site visit details, and submission instructions. Site Visits will be conducted at Hill AFB on Wednesday, 29th of July 2026. See attachments for additional information and instructions. Address any technical questions via email to the POCs below no later than 2:00 p.m. MDT on 31 July 2026. Proposals shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. MDT Friday 07 August 2026.
