What this contract is for
RFQ Number: 19KU2026Q0010 - USAGM - Mini Bus and High-Roof Passenger Van. Dear Prospective Quoters, Due to a system issue affecting the SAM.gov upload process, we were unable to post a copy of the RFQ. Interested offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a request via email to [email protected] with a request for a copy of the RFQ. The U.S. Embassy Kuwait invites you to submit a quotation under Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. 19KU2026Q0010 for the purchase, registration, and delivery of the following vehicles: One (1) Mini-bus, 21-passenger capacity, Toyota Coaster or equal; and One (1) High-Roof Van, 12-passenger capacity, Toyota HiAce or equal. This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Quoters shall follow the instructions contained in the attached solicitation, complete all required portions of the RFQ, and submit quotations electronically by email to [email protected] no later than July 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Kuwait local time. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the quote responsible whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. Awards may be made based on initial quotations without discussion; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined necessary. Interested quoters must be direct distributors, certified authorized dealers, licensed dealers, or authorized representatives in the State of Kuwait.
