What this contract is for

1. Description The USDA intends to issue a Request for BPA Call Order Proposals under the existing USDA?wide Furniture BPAs. The Government requires office furniture for Tiffin City, Seneca County. NRCS Office is currently located at 320 Nelson Street, Tiffin, OH 44883, which is where delivery is to be made. The Contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, insurance, taxes, fees, permits and services/supplies. All existing furniture will be removed by the Government prior to installation of the new furniture. The Contractor will work with the Government Technical Representative listed in the award to coordinate delivery and installation. 2. Competition This requirement will be competed only among the three existing Furniture BPA Master Holders under previously awarded Firm?Fixed?Price BPAs: • 12FPC221A0002 – Peabody Office Furniture Corp • 12FPC221A0003 – MOI, Inc. • 12FPC221A0004 – Steelcase Inc. 3. Contract Type A Firm?Fixed?Price call order will be issued under the applicable BPA. 4. Set?Aside Status This BPA call order will remain under the original set-aside associated with the BPA Master awards. Only the BPA holders listed in Section 2 are eligible to compete.
