Offerors shall review and acknowledge receipt of technical Q &A with their quote submissions. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The purpose of this solicitation is a lease/rent contract for 1 ARFF firefighting vehicle. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the requirement herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. See "Attachment 1_Statement of Need - ARFF Vehicle_7.13.2026" for specific requirement details. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME Offerors are required to complete all clauses/provisions that require fill-ins and submit them with their quotes or ensure their representations and certifications are up to date in SAM.gov.
