This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5M and PSC J043-Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Pumps and Compressors will be utilized. Regulatory Authority: This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference (see Attachment 2). The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable. The NJ Air National Guard 177th FW requires Air Compressor annual maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).
