Pine Flat Janitorial Services The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a base year and four option years for Pine Flat Janitorial Services. Project Description: The contractor shall provide janitorial services at Pine Flat Headquarters Compound, Kings River Wildlife Area, Deer Creek Recreation Area, Island Park Recreation Area, Lakeview Recreation Area, and Trimmer Recreation Area within the Pine Flat Dam and Lake Project Boundaries, Fresno County, CA. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 – Janitorial Services. The size standard is $9 million. Product Service Code is S201- Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 7/23/2026 with quotes due tentatively on 8/20/2026. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
