STATEMENT OF WORK FOR THE OKLAHOMA CITY VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM Otoscopes/Opthalmoscopes Background The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKC VAHCS) requires 13 Otoscope/Ophthalmoscope for Primary Care Service Women s Health Clinic.
Objectives/Scope To ensure the safety and comfort of patients due to new facility.
The exam will provide new equipment for the OKC VAHCS.
The vendor will provide the equipment and required accessories for use at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System.
The vendor will inspect all equipment prior to delivery and installation; any concealed damaged components will be replaced at no cost to the VA.
Purchase of American Made supplies remains a priority for the VA.
