This sole-source contracting action is conducted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.102(a) and 12.201-1.
Acquisition Details: NAICS: 541370 Size standard: $19,000,000 PSC: 5845 Requirement summary: Side-scan sonar software compatible with currently deployed systems to process underwater survey data and training sessions on the use of the software for mission critical underwater operations and to improve severely degraded mission readiness.

This is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
However, responses demonstrating clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder critical mission objectives will be considered.
Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation for FUTURE requirements for this program.
The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
