INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE The United States Government (USG), specifically the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to explore innovative commercial solutions under a potential Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO).
The Government is seeking industry feedback and capabilities regarding the establishment of a 3rd Line Maintenance (3LM) Repair Capability for Direct Support/General Support (DS/GS) in Kuwait.

BACKGROUND & SCOPE OF EFFORT The USG has a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement to support the Kuwait Land Forces (KLF).
The objective is to establish an in-country, sustainable maintenance capability that provides rapid repair turnaround and builds the organic mechanical capacity of the KLF.
Vendors responding to this CSO RFI must demonstrate their capability to provide innovative approaches to the following Areas of Interest: 3LM Repair Facility & Operations: Establish and manage a 3rd Line Maintenance capability for Direct Support and General Support (DS/GS) in Kuwait.
