NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Award: 15M10226PA4700256 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base firm fixed price contract for IOD Digital Technical Operator.

The period of performance for this is July 2026.

The total estimated value is approximately $172,894.74and is being awarded to DIGITALCM LLC.

This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 19.1406 for the aforementioned requirement.

The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
