N00164-26-Q-0231– SOLE SOURCE –CREST SOLVACLEAN SERVICE– FSC J068- NAICS 335999 ISSUE DATE 27 JUL 2026 – CLOSING DATE 03 AUG 2026 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a quantity of one (1) SVC Labor, two (2) Chem Crest Solvaclean IPA, one (1) Chem Crest Solvaclean ELC.

The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Crest Ultrasonics Corp, 18 Graphics Drive, Ewing, NJ 08628, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1.

This is being sole sourced because these solvents are uniquely engineered and qualified by the manufacturer to operate the government’s existing, highly specialized 3-Stage SOLVAC Bi-Solvent Ultrasonic and Vertical Hoist System.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.

However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
