The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Roofing Supplies to replace the roof of the Fargo Building.

This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses.

Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the request for quotation.

Historic Preservation Requirements Prospective vendors are advised that the project site is located within the "Yankton College Historic District" and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

All materials must comply with the existing Programmatic Agreement between the BOP, the South Dakota State Historic Preservation Office, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.

Technical Specifications Specifications are outlined in the attatched statement of work.

Important Information Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov.

The updated combined synopsis-solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on 7/27/2026.

All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by July 31st, no later than 10:30 Central Standard Time.

Delivery and Award Information Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the SF18 issued by the Contracting Officer.

Deliveries shall be pre-arranged/scheduled with the receiving warehouse.
