The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years for NIINs 012545030, 011609653, and 013216527.
The acquisition will be issued as Other Than Full and Open Competition.
All halon required under this IDC will be provided by the Government as Government?Furnished Material (GFM).
Halon from the will be shipped directly to the awarded manufacturer for filling and preparation for issue.
The awarded contractor must be capable of receiving, storing, processing, and certifying halon.
Deliveries under this IDC will be FOB Origin, with Inspection and Acceptance (I/A) at Origin.
This contract will provide a long?term, stable support mechanism for critical fire?suppression systems for which no certified drop?in replacements exist, ensuring readiness support and minimizing procurement delays across multiple DoD platforms.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
