Solicitation Description This solicitation is being issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, on behalf of VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS) & Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
