THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial, firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order to Central Coast Clinical and Forensic Psychological Services Inc.; 9075 Mountain View DR Atascadero CA, 93422-5006.
Under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), only one responsible source is reasonably available, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The requirement is for the purchase of consultation services, which are required for the staff of the Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) at the Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar (NCBM) to ensure the Navy is continuing to provide research-based treatment at the highest level.
These services include providing feedback to SOTP staff regarding the following programmatic concerns: case consultation, program adaptions, assessment concerns, and staff development.
The anticipated award date of this action is on or before 07 September 2026.
