This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

All requirements outlined in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation shall be completed.
