The Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Federal Medical Center (FMC) Fort Worth located at 3150 Horton Road, Fort Worth, TX 76119 intends to procure services to provide all labor, materials and supervision required to replace five (5) refrigeration units on mobile trailers currently located at the Bureau of Prisons Logistics Site in accordance with RFO FAR 12.
201-1(c)(2).
IMPORTANT: Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
The services provided will be consistent with industry standards and policies required by the BOP.
The services will be monitored by a representative of theFMS Facilities Department.
This pre-solicitation notice is for the furnishing of all equipment, materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, apparatus, conveyance, permitting (if applicable), technical support, transportation and incidental expenses, necessary to complete the project during the contract period.
Seeking qualified vendors to Remove existing five (5) diesel powered refrigeration units and all appurtenances to include but not limited to supports, gasket materials, wiring, etc.
Vendor shall install five (5) diesel powered refrigeration units on existing trailers as required and directed by on-site Federal Bureau of Prisons personnel.
Installation shall include but not limited to air return bulkhead with pallet stops, flat duct with required adapters, battery and all required hardware.
New units shall be connected to existing fuel systems and thoroughly tested to ensure proper operation.
The period of performance of this contract is 180 calendar days from notice to proceed.
