What this contract is for

For solicitation requests, please provide all of the following: (1) “SPRRA2-26-Q-0057” in the email subject line; (2) Your Information (to include, but not limited to: Name, Title, Telephone Number, and Email Address); and, (3) Your Company’s Name, Address, and CAGE Code. The Government desires to acquire four (4) each (ea) of the Ruggedized Digital Laptop, Part Number (P/N) 13740470-1, to Operate the PATRIOT Dismounted Tactical Command System (D-TCS) in support of PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Hardware. These critical spares will be placed on the existing subsumable indefinite delivery requirements type contract (SPRRA2-26-D-0016) in support of the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) International Programs (IP) Project Office (PO). This item is restricted to Raytheon Company (CAGE Code: 05716), utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), having only one responsible source. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
