What this contract is for
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Description of requirment: EFI&T New Fiber Optic Cable from ITB 7320 to CN 7318. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, management, labor, and other incidentals necessary to complete work IAW the attached SOW. QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Email is the required methods of submission, no other form of submission will be considered for award. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Complete pricing sheet (must be signed) Page 3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) . 2. Technical Plan as described in Instructions to Offerors. Site Visit Information: A site visit shall be organized and made available to Interested Contractors on 8 July 2026. Site visit information (Time and Location) will be given to contractors who RSVP.
