What this contract is for
The U.S. Embassy London requires a Chilled Water Pump with Motor as detailed in the attached Statement of Work and supporting documentation. An award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible Contractor. The Government may award a Purchase Order / Contract based on an initial offer without discussion. Any awards made are firm fixed price type agreements and payments for goods will be made after being provided based on quantities and unit prices only to the extent specifically provided in the contract. Contractors should submit invoices for payment after goods have been received. Payment is made by electronic funds transfer to contractor’s bank account. There will be a site visit at US Embassy London, 33 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW11 7US on July 15, 2026 at 10am. Please email [email protected] by COB July 10, 2026 to confirm attendance. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to [email protected] by COB July 16, 2026.
