The Period of Performance will be October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside in which pricing will be provided FOB Destination (1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525). The contract type is firm-fixed price and the Government hereby reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation herein, will be considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered (prices being rated higher than past performance). The solicitation will be made available on SAM.gov, where all future information pertaining to the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the foregoing website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Payment will be made per 52.232-33 – Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer [EFT]—System for Award Management (31 U.S.C. 3332).
