What this contract is for
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to procure the Next Generation Bomb Hoist (NGBH) Support Equipment. This procurement is for NGBH in accordance with a Technical Data Package (TDP) to use for the delivery of pilot and production units. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under Reference Solicitation Number N6833526R1012. The Government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a minimum quantity of four (4) Pilot Production Units (PPUs) to be purchased with the first Delivery Order. After successful completion of contractor and Government testing, the Government plans to issue delivery orders for the production units over four (4) production years for up to a maximum quantity of nine hundred (900) production units. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government. Small Business interested vendors must be registered as ACTIVE: in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. The SAM website can be accessed at www.sam.gov. All Small Businesses who express interest must have a current form DD2345, “MILITARILY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT-” and hold a Level 2 (Self) Cyber Security Maturation Certificate.
