What this contract is for
This combined synopsis/solicitation is posted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 5, "Publicizing Contract Actions." Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, United States Army Health Contracting Activity, is soliciting for human training specimens to be used for Graduate Medical Education to be conducted in Fiscal Year 2027 at locations in San Antonio. This requirement is solicited as full and open competition. Additional information pertaining to the particulars of this requirement, as well as information pertaining to the submission a quote in response to this solicitation, is included in attached solicitation W81K00-26-Q-A212. Quoters are specifically directed to the addenda for FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2. Award of this requirement is expected to take place early August 2026. In the event any ambiguity or conflicting information is present in this SAM posting and attached solicitation, such will be resolved by giving precedence to that contained in the solicitation.
