What this contract is for

This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: The availability and capability of qualified sources under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332439 for the proposed acquisition of Supply of forty (40) new 6 cubic yard dumpsters with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00.The U. S. Army Contracting Command in support of 99th Readiness Division- New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for a requirement to deliver forty (40) new 6 cubic yard dumpsters to Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (Devens RFTA). All 40 dumpsters shall be delivered to and unloaded at 30 Quebec Street, Devens, Massachusetts, 01434. All 40 dumpsters will be painted in WASTEQUIPs Safety Yellow color. Pricing shall include the cost of 40 new 6 cubic yard dumpsters and all associated freight and shipping charges for delivery of 40 dumpsters to Devens RFTA.The solicitation is forthcoming and will be set aside for 100% Small Business set aside. This will be a single firm fixed price award. Site Visit dates will be prescheduled and posted in the solicitation, if/when it is posted. The proposed solicitation number is W15QKN26QA150 and will be projected to be posted to PIEE/SAM.GOV on or about 21 July 2026. The due date will be stated on the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with the pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date.
