The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND is hereby issuing this request for proposal (RFP) notice with an intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Fire Protection and Emergency Services at Cavalier SFS, ND. A site visit will take place at Cavalier Space Force Station, North Dakota on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. If your company is planning on attending the site visit they must fill out and submit the attached EAL template to the POC's listed below. This EAL template must be submitted by 4:30 PM CST on 5 June 2026.This site visit is NOT mandatory. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 17 June 2026, 4:30 PM CST. Proposals are due by 14 July 2026, 4:30 PM CST. PoCs for questions and proposal submission will strictly be both, Ms. Melissa Pearce via email at [email protected] and SrA Jackelyn Richardson via email at [email protected].
