** Q&A Attachment Uploaded 7/7/2026 ** ** Full Solicitation in Attachments ** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Grand Jury & Deposition Court Reporting Services (commercial items) for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Michigan, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a Small Business Set-Aside. All offerors are required to verify their small business status under NAICS code 561492 in their quote. Any quotes from offerors that do not meet the socioeconomic requirement and small business size standard will not be considered for award. Specific instructions to offerors and minimum quote submission criteria are located in Section 7, Addendum to 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Mar 2023) Questions in regard to this solicitation are due July 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at [email protected].
