What this contract is for
The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N5523626R0016 (The Solicitation number has been changed from Contract No. N5523625R0013 to Contract No. N5523626R0016) to accomplish Marine Boatyard Services and Industrial Support Services Lot III. The offeror(s) shall furnish the necessary management, material support services, labor, supplies, and equipment deemed necessary to provide marine boatyard and industrial support, which includes specific modifications, upgrades, service life extension and repairs to Non-Commissioned boats, barges, crafts, lighterage and service craft and their associated systems and periodic maintenance primarily in support of San Diego area Naval Facilities (Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Station North Island, Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Naval Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach, Port Operations in San Clemente Island, Seal Beach, or Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme) boats, barges, crafts, lighterage, and service craft custodians. The offeror(s) shall accomplish pier side repairs on boats, crafts, barges, and LCUs at Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Station North Island, Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Naval Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach, Port Operations in San Clemente Island, Seal Beach, or Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme. The offeror(s) is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications, and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror(s) will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and facilities in accordance with the specification package.
