This notice is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for quotations. No responses are requested at this time. The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. PR16083117on or about July 22, 2026, via the website of the Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan and the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the RFQ is released. The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of one (1) brand new Official Vehicle, complete with all associated equipment, and support services for the U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Only new equipment will be accepted; refurbished or used units are not acceptable. The requirement will include delivery to U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. All technical requirements, specifications, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. The Government may award the contract based on initial quotations without discussions. Important Notice: All contractors must be registered and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) prior to contract award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
