Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to cancel and close the Sources Sought / Request for Information notice for the Multi-Channel Technologies Veterans Identification Card Application Processing, Help Desk / AskVA Support, and Data Quality Support requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs has received a sufficient number of responses from interested certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns to complete market research for this requirement. 2. Status of Notice The Sources Sought / Request for Information notice is hereby cancelled and closed effective immediately. No additional responses are requested or required. 3. Market Research Responses received prior to cancellation will be retained and considered by the Government for market research and acquisition planning purposes. The Government has determined that the responses received are sufficient to support continued acquisition planning, including refinement of the requirement and development of the acquisition strategy. 4.
