What this contract is for
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for 28,035 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of medical space for a Huntsville OPC in Huntsville, Alabama The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease a maximum of 28,035 RSF of Existing Office space to provide Care to VA patients in Huntsville, AL. The space located in the delineated area will have Office space for the functional staff as required. Associated with the primary functions of the space will be necessary patient waiting areas, functional corridors, restroom facilities, conference space, record functions, and staff support areas. Existing buildings or build to suit in the delineated area will both be considered. The space must meet accessibility laws in accordance with 4 CFR 101-19.6, App A (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards). VA seeks for the facility to have at least 150 parking spaces for use by VA as a Veterans Center. The VA seeks a lease term of 20 years. To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must face any of the following boundary lines. North Boundary: Highway 72 South Boundary: Highway 565 East Boundary: N Memorial Parkway West Boundary: Sparkman Dr. NW Interested offers must submit the address, property description, available square footage, available parking, and photographs.
