COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Drain and Grease Trap Maintenance at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24826Q0936 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026). (iv) This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. COMPARATIVE EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: The combined synopsis/solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is NAICS Code 562998: All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services and has a size standard of $16.5 Million. To be considered as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), prospective offerors shall be a verified in the U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) Small Business Search home page: https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ at the date and time set for receipt of offers.
