Update to Attachment 3 - Clauses and Provisions has been revised to include RFO 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors. 5. Update to Attachment 7 - Evaluation Factors has been revised to align with COMBO. 6. Update to Attachment 8 - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) has been revised to include the following updates: a. All PPQs must be submitted no later than Monday, 20 July 2026 @ 1000 hours (10:00 AM) CT. ***No other items have been updated.*** ***NOTICE TO OFFERORS: PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE EVALUATED*** This solicitation is being re-opened and re-advertised in its entirety. All previously submitted quotes/proposals are hereby declared void and will not be considered or evaluated for award. To be considered for this contract opportunity, all interested vendors—including those who submitted quotes under the original inactive solicitation—must submit a new, complete quote package in direct response to this updated posting. Failure to submit a new proposal prior to the updated closing date and time will result in your exclusion from the evaluation process.
