1.0 Purpose and Strategic Context In support of the National Security Strategy and Army Transformation Initiatives, the Army is developing the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) VI.

This program will consolidate legacy LOGCAP, Army Pre-Positioned Stock (APS), and Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) programs into a unified, global logistics enterprise.

This Request for Information (RFI) is for specific feedback on the LOGCAP VI PWS and HTRO Matrix.

The U.S.

Government (USG) seeks constructive feedback from industry on two key components of the developing acquisition strategy: The Draft LOGCAP VI Performance Work Statement (PWS) (v6.0, dated 9 February 2026), which has been previously posted to SAM.gov under Notice ID PANROC-P-0000-025256 on 23 February 2026, to include feedback on future-looking technological and operational requirements for the next generation of logistics support.

This RFI also provides an opportunity for vendors to submit brief white papers on relevant topics.
