Enclosed is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Breathing Air Systems and Compressor / Air Dryer Preventative Maintenance, twelve (12) month base period plus four (4) option periods.

If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow all instructions below.

Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this announcement.

Quotations are due 07 August, 2026 at 11:00AM EST.

All quotes and associated supporting documents must be in English.

All line items must be priced.

Incomplete quotes will not be accepted.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: (i) Price (ii) Technical Capability The Government will conduct a price analysis of all quotes received.

Through this technique, the Government will determine whether the price is reasonable, complete and realistic.

The Offeror shall submit with their quote, a clear, and concise Technical Capability Narrative that includes sufficient detail to substantiate the validity of the Offeror’s stated claim(s) that they are able to meet the requirement.

The narrative shall not simply rephrase, reiterate, or restate the Government's own language, but rather shall provide convincing rationale describing how the Offeror intends to fulfill the requirement.

Legibility, clarity, and coherence are very important.

The narrative should include as specifically as possible, the actual methodology that will be used for accomplishing and satisfying the PWS’s stated requirement(s).
