This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026.
This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside using FAR (RFO) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
The NAICS Code is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $12.5.
The solicitation number is 6923G526Q0071. **NOTE: Quoters must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing and at the time of award.
SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall perform maintenance and testing on a Government-Owned Miter Gate Motor.
All in exact accordance with Attachment A_Statement of Work.
CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 12, subject to the availability of funds.
CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: All work shall be completed and the motor shall be returned within 20 calendar days of the signed award.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The vendor shall pick up the motor at GLS Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662 and perform services at their facility.
